Cancellation/Order Change

After making your purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel or change your order (size, color, quantity, shipping address). After this timeframe, your order will go into production and we will be unable to change it for you.

You can cancel or change your order in two ways

1. Please go to "Contact Us" and create a ticket
2. Please contact our customer support at [email protected] and provide the following details:

Subject: Cancel/Change the order_<your order number>

Content: Details about what you want to change (cancel, change color, size, shipping address, etc.).

We will respond to your email within 24 hours.
